MORAY: The Inca Agricultural Laboratory

The archeological site of Moray, located in Cusco, close to the town of Maras is an Inca site with experimental agricultural terraces.  It is believed that in this fascinating area the Incas create different microclimates to adapt plants like potatoes and maize to the different altitudes and climates that can be found in the territory thee were occupied.
