Started travelling straight out of high school and never stopped. Worked with AJ Hackett Bungy establishing and operating bungy jumps around the world. Moved to Switzerland in 2004 and spent 8 years as an executive for EF Educational Travel.

In 2016 Glenn founded ACTION CULTURE as an online travel agent specializing in finding and selling the best Adventure Holidays, Outdoor Courses and Expeditions to destinations all around the world.
